Automate Suspended Solids Testing with ProWeigh® Express

ProWeigh® Express automates Suspended Solids and Volatile Suspended Solids by integrating your analytical balance and PC, with a Bar Code Scanner, a Solids Software Package and ProWeigh® Solids Filters. Resulting sample data is presented in a Microsoft Excel format for easy upload into your LIMS. Includes automated QA/QC parameters: stability, total residue, duplicates, blanks, and 2 LCS ranges. Following sample filtration, simply scan a ProWeigh filter pan, place the filter on the balance, and Voila! automated suspended solids!

ProWeigh® Express System
ProWeigh Express includes software program, bar-code scanner, balance-to-PC interface cable, and user manual. Specify your balance manufacturer and com-port configuration. A PC with minimum specifications is required.

ProWeigh® Filters
ProWeigh Express uses ProWeigh® filters for solids from Environmental Express. ProWeigh filters have been listed in Standard Methods since 1997, and have been in commercial use for NPDES reporting since 1990. Each filter is packaged in an individual aluminum pan. The prepared weight of the filter is printed and bar-coded on the side of that pan along with a filter ID number.

ProWeigh filters are available in all popular sizes for suspended solids and also volatile suspended solids
